CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

Georgia, Carroll County:

WITNESSETH:

WHERE AS, Corporation is in the business of providing musical entertainment through disc jockey

services, music performance; and

WHERE AS, purchaser desire to obtain musical entertainment through one or more of these services;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and agreements

set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:

7. Purchaser agrees to be responsible for any injury to the performer or damage to equipment

if caused by Purchaser, Purchaser’s guests, agents or assigns. Corporation does carry proper insurance on its equipment.
